CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to be a driving force behind our Sales division. The ideal candidate will call on brand and agency contacts to drive incremental media sales. The candidate will also have experience building and managing a team of top sales executives in the ad tech and media buying space.Your primary responsibilities are to:
• Call on agencies and brands to hit annual revenue targets
• Set ad sales strategy and communicate it to all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Update the executive team frequently on revenue progress
• Hire, attract and reward a team of top sales executives
• Set budgets and goals for sales staff
• Work closely with the principals and our technology and media partners to create brand integrations and new opportunities that can be packaged via their own sales channels
• Keep brand partners aware of opportunities and build relationships with pipeline
• The position is based in Toronto, but travel throughout Canada may be requiredIDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will drive increased revenue with existing clients, develop new relationships with agencies and brands and grow our client list by leveraging their knowledge of the digital and mobile marketing space.

Your primary responsibilities are to:

• Develop agency account plans and lead engagements with clients
• Build relationships with agency clients and provide expertise and consultative services

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
This isn’t your typical support role – This person will play an integral role in the day-to-day business activities and will be a key member of our start-up team. Responsibilities include:

• Market research and maintaining knowledge of the mobile advertising and marketing industry
• Managing our Social Media content and platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Sales support and CRM database management
